Here you will find some of the most common questions we receive, please read these first before you contact us.

1. Q] Will the background stock movies come without the stockfla logo watermark?
   A] Yes of course, in the final movie you receive the watermark is not implemented.
   
   
2. Q] Will the 3D stock movies be complete and not cut off as in examples?
   A] Yes of course, final movies are complete. In the online demo´s, 3D animations' below-the-logo-area is cut away to prevent extraction with flash decompiler softwares.
   
   
3. Q] Why art the Buttons in the examples not clickable but show a moving cursor?
   A] The button examples are converted to flash video movies, these are only to show you what they will look like after purchase. This is to prevent easy theft with a converter software.
   
   
4. Q] Will the Rights Protected Photographs contain a watermark?
   A] No, the final JPG file(s) you receive will not contain a watermark.
   
   
5. Q] When I add more then one Generic movies to my movie, why does it give a warning?
   A] Several Generic movies use a "positioner" MovieClip which is used to facilitate locating and moving the components on stage. Since the "positioner" MC is located in the root of the movies Library, it can request a replacing or keeping of the current one. You can choose either keep or replace since the "positioner" MC content (a cross symbol) will be the same.
